Do not be fooled by airrattle's fancy website. This website/company has successfully scammed my son out of $450 of his hard earned money that he got from doing paper deliveries for the better part of the past 6 months.
He wanted to get into airsoft with his buddies, so of course he saves up his own money to buy a airsoft gun and some face protection & ammo. When he recieved the gun and package he was estatic to open it. When charging the battery, the entire battery pack expanded and almost caught our kitchen table on fire. We were scared and he was disapointed - upon emailing this store, we got a repsonse that basically said tough luck, it's our fault that this happened. HOW could that be when the charger and battery and gun were all defects, all made in china without any quality control???
We get no more responses in e-mail and finally i was able to find their phone number online, which they dont even post. So i call up and get hung up on repeatedly - at this point Im fed up and now dealing with the BBB (better business bureau) and also the state attorney generals office to get this resolved. These guys are out their selling defective product that could be dangerous and they are just ignoring all calls/emails from customers and do not want to own up to their actions. In the meantime my son is out of all of his hard earned money and cant even play with his friends while airrattle keeps on operating online without any sort of repercussions even though they stolle money from a child

i am a real customer with real order numbers who has also been ripped off by air rattle!!! order number 102275 amt of 185.98 order number 102838 amt of 168.98 my two sons spent 354.96 with this company and received a defective gun and a broken gun. air rattle does not want to pick them up and give us a refund after having spend 38.06 in shipping they want us to pay to return the guns for another 38.06 in shipping....if you sent something broken and defective should not you just pick it up and refund by boys hard earned money? why should i spend this money and get two broken guns. there3 is a customer service woman named mellissa who hung up on me promised me a call back from her supervisor amber,,,no call,,,called back and was hung up on? what kind of company rips off small children and hangs up on their customers? One that is out for a quick buck and dont care how they get it!!!!

I am very sorry to hear this person had a problem with our company. Our main goal at airrattle.com is to ensure the customer is satisfied and would be willing to purchase from our site again. We have thousands of repeat buyers that are excited to spend their hard earn money with us. Why because they trust us!
I could find no name or order number for the complaint here. Since we have never ripped off anyone ever, I believe this is a competitors made up event in order to try and discredit our company. AirRattle is the fastest growing airsoft retailer in the USA which threatens other businesses. If the other retailers would stand up and give the dedication we and other retailers do to our customers they would not have to see us as threat, but rather just a friendly airsoft company that cares about the sport and its players.
We invite the person who wrote this to come forward and give us a order number proving he/she is an actual customer. If as mistake was made with this, than of course we will correct it at once!
