Airsplat poor customer service, liars, and ignores your calls Seattle Washington

At first I had a liking for airsoft businesses online, and thought they were okay. especially Airsplat. when I heard of them, i saw thier low prices, discounts, and most importantly, gun repair. so I went in the store one day to get my gun repaired. The employees there were friendly, but it kind of seemed like they were rushing things instead of fousing on the needs of the customer. Afterall, the customer is always right. or at least that's what they say. they looked at my gun and told me it was going to be in the $30 price range and that it would take 2-3 weeks. but i had to wait longer. ( almost 2 months.) after I started to check in on the store to see how they were doing with my gun, they said it was ready for pickup. so i went to the store and they forgot to put in a piece that i had previously told to do in the beginning, which they had not. Airsplat is an okay store that lures you in with discounts and stuff like 15% off on certain days. sure, that's all fine and dandy, but what i really don't like about the store is the waiting and they that they ignored my calls, even though i called not very ofen and during store hours. the only reason you should even step foot inside this store is to get discounts of the stuff you buy in the store nothing else. I would much rather spend my hard-earned cash somewhere elese, such as Fox airsoft in Colorado.
