AIY Properties Clarkwood Greens Charging a 50.00 late fee because my rent online payment was 1.00 short - they bought the property from Goldberg Companies - stopped sending rent notices and relied on their employees to input data into a system and they did not have a clue as to what they were doing. AIY properties are trying to charge me 100.00 because my rent was 2.00 short. They purchased the property from Goldberg companies. Monthly statements are no longer delivered - can't pay at the onsite management office -  water bill coms seperately with statement to remit payment Clarkwood Greens - 2 Summit Park Drive #645 -Independence Oh 44131.  Insisted the utility was listed on the PSN website and I received an email from them that stated they do no process utility bills for this company.  The office manager Elaine lied to me.  They lock the onsite management door - it is no longer open unless you have an appointment. We would like to file a class action lawsuit against this companies.  The garages are falling down and leaking.  The gutters on the garages leak. The are no storm doors or windows the air comes in through the door. It is awful.
