We are very confident in which owner operator you are. We only had one company from Belton TX. Driver by the name of Randy drove for you. We are sorry you feel this way towards us but going to the facts, your driver turne donly one load in the first week he worked which was the week of Sept 17th. We are not sure why he didnt turn the others in but a check for $600+ for the only load he turned in for that payroll week was mailed to you on 10/6 and you cashed on 10/14. Saying you did not get a check for 7 weeks is an exaggeration of quite a bit. Your very next check was for $8000+ then $4500+, then $5600+, the your final was $5800+. The final check was mailed 11/3 and cashed 11/15. That does seem like a big gap in time for cashing but I am showing notes of holding the check due to the driver not turning in all of the equipment we furnished and all the loads in a timely manner. But it is very fair to say since the time you started of Sept 13th - 17th and receiving ur final payment on 11/15, that is exactly 9 weeks. and in the time you received 5 checks. 2.5 weeks of waiting for first one, then a week of holding due to negligence. I am sorry you feel this is unfair but this was all explained in orientation. It is on a video and paperwork you and the driver received stated all of this. Perhaps if you change your mind and would like to work for us again and try a fresh start, we would more than willing to speak to you. We have many job opening up for our trucks and are always looking for hard working drivers/owner ops. Please feel free to give us a call.
