Doug Arms is a terrible boss. This is a faulty company that is owned by Adecco. They have people in the management that are fraudulent and unprofessional. There have been several law suits against the entire company due to faulty practices. They play mind games and through technology try to disrupt productivity by setting up obstacles. I would not recommend working with them as a vendor or candidate. The turnover rate is high due to poor management. The clicks created internally keep some theory based managers in their positions. Some managers look for ways to get strong performers to quit over fear of shinning above their success. This company is a joke and anyone with a backbone need not to aply. Work with them at your own risk. You ahve been warned.
