Akadema Pro is a scamming sporting goods store.  They have taken our money without providing the uniforms that was agreed upon.  They have taken a 9 year old baseball teams money, and we still don't have usable uniforms.  We would look terrible in these!

They sent us a proof for our logo, which was a 2 color offset with a wide boarder. They came in with a pin stripe boarder around the main letters, if it had any at all.  Some didn't.  They said that is what the proof looked like.  We have a copy of the proof.

We ordered 2 types of jerseys.  One is a pro style 3 color jersey.  The main color is red.  Along with the logo being wrong, the red had faded through the white lettering and looks pink.  They haven't been out of the box.  They offered a cheap 1 color jersey as a replacement.

The 2nd jersey is a camo jersey.  We had asked for a graphite color for the print.  They said it didn't stand out and changed the color without approval from us.  The logo was not right on this one either.  They did offer to replace these with the same jersey with a 1 color logo.

Both jerseys have 10" numbers on the back.  The run from our kids necks to their tails.  The industry standard for youth are 6" - 8" numbers.  They would look like race cars.

They would not even talk to us about making everything right.  They offered taking money off at first for us to keep the junk.  They then offered the 1 camo jersey with the 1 color logo, but said the red wasnt their problem.  They even changed their return policy by adding a paragraph that specifically spells out the fadeing number issue after I told them I would seek legal action.

I asked for a return of our money for the return of the junk uniforms.  They said they couldn't do that.  Like I said, these folks are a scam and I want people to know about it so that they don't get their money taken!

After this post, I spoke to the company and they are making things right.  We apologize for calling this a scam and for saying their product was inexpensive.  It is not.  While we were not entirely happy with the uniform set up, the company did try to work with us along the way.  We were just frustrated and wanted to get this behind us.
