Just happened to see that Al Beltranena was promoted to manager of St Charles Convention Center. When he was doing food and in charge of concessions he would consistently harrass me and other female workers. Always used lewd sexual comments and suggestive statements and often inappropriate contact. Tried to report but was ignored and basically was told by others that you would be sorry for trying to report anything as the reputation of the center is more important than the people.
Incredibly gross that he would be given a promotion.
