Al Hendrickson Toyota Almost Killed My Son Tires not back on correctly Coconut Creek Florida

Son came in on Wednesday 3/5/14 for clunking sounds and check engine light. My son whose 18 has the car in Florida and Im in Maryland. I made the apt and spoke to the service advisor Oscar Vizcarra and todl him I would like the brakes checked out and the check engine light and why clunk sound. I called to see if car was ready and he said the check engine light was cause a code for air bag and I asked if recall he said didnt know and said it is fine now and brakes are fine too. I thanked him and son came to get car. Few hours later he was driving felt shimmy so pulled over and the left front tire came off onto  oncoming traffic. He was able to stop but that was 20 yards as he scratched the street with his metal part that should have had a tire on it. I called this morning and took 3 hours until they sent me a copy of the invoice. The lady was nice. I got her email and then told her waht happened and asked why wasnt I informed the paper said recommendations new pads and rotors for front. New $1000.00 rims , I already knew 2 tires for the back. Then there was flushes lots of flushes. The service Director says the lug nuts were the wrong size ok so were they on the recommended list to do. Of course not.

My son was even told car was fine come back in a week if still hear noises. 3/6/14 last night my son and his friends could have been hurt as the air bag wont deploy since the code was not fixed. The serivce advisor was saying that I was told these were needed. Oscar wasnt at work today he was off so he couldnt be asked . The service manager didnt tell anything needed to be done. Service ammanger knew the car was mine and what needed to be done would have been except for the tires as Sams Club is alot cheaper and we were going there to get new back tires. Since the tire came off the front left panel is damaged and so is the bumper. The car couldnt be towed sicne that piece broke off to that tow truck hitches too. The Service Director says they are not responsible. They werent neglicent and their employee not sure if took tire off or not. They have a machine that cna tell them if rotors and pads are needed. I called many dealerships and car placaes today to ask if they use a machine to determine brakes and rotors and was told no they need to take the tires off to determine this.
