LUKASZ SZKLARZ - A&L Remodeling is a scam artist.  He claims himself as a general contractor but does not have any experience working as a contractor himself.  He only hires sub-contractors to do his work.  When he comes to do estimates he does not even have a measuring tape with him.  He doesn't even own any contractors supplies.

He collects money from his clients and DOES NOT pay his sub-contractors.  He pays his contractors with BOUNCED checks.  Sometimes it takes him over 7 months to pay out his contractors and still these checks bounce.

He is full of lies.  Lie after lie after lie.  He tries to be slick about it but always gets himself caught in these lies.  He claims that his clients do not pay him, but we know that he does get paid.  His clients confirm that he was paid. What does he do with the money and where does the money go???..... I guess we'll never know.

Here's another lie - straight from online sources " was established in 1974,".....he was born in 1981. Really?!?!?!?
He tells his clients that he uses the best material in his work, but guess what....he doesn't.  He buys the cheapest material out there.  He tries to pull out money from his clients as much as he can.  He's a talker and that's how he gets his money.  They listen to what he has to say and believe him.

He has many different addresses listed for his business.  He just doesn't want people to know where he lives.  He also has different phone numbers.  These addresses don't exist and neither do these phone numbers. Try this number, you'll see: 312-204-7184

Most of his clients are NOT happy with him.  His sub-contractors do all the work, but he takes all the credit.  HE IS NOT A REAL CONTRACTOR.  I'm sure he can't even hammer a nail into the wall.
