I had the worse experience with this company that towed my tractor trailer from a parking lot which I was shopping for toiletries to take on the road (all of which I have receipts for). I was able to locate the truck the same day and the company then demanded $2,715.63 USD in cash in order to release the vehicle on August 4^th, 2010 and then issued two separate receipts for the tow service in the amounts of $1249.19 and $1466.44 with two different order numbers to tow it for 5 miles. This company has multiple complaints with similar circumstances from other consumers on various websites.

While the company towed the vehicle they also put a lot of pressure to the under carriage of my vehicle which caused other damage.

If you could please assist me in this case, I would greatly appreciate it.
