Alabama Dept. Of Human Resources Took my kids with no notification Prattville Alabama

On june 2 2008 my brother in law who i trusted turned my kids into dhr custody. Let me explain the situation. I am between jobs and have a problem with blood clots between this and the economy things get tight financially.

My little girl wanted to go to church so i took her the church found out we were having hard times and came to me asking to help i said sure and thanks. i month went by both my little girl age 6 and little boy age 7 were saved in the same day.The deacon all of a sudden without saying anything became weird in his actions. He never spoke to me of a problem or concern but rather called DHR on my family this from a deacon of bethel baptist church in jones alabama.

The dhr worker informed me she didnt see a problem that she believed my kids were loved and not neglected or abused we just lost our power and water. The worker then spoke to the deacon and returned to my home and informed me i had 3 days to get a job and a paycheck. 3 days?
I did all i could do i called my brother in law In tx. He assured me he would take care of them no matter how long it took that he understood.

well i tried to get things up and running but it is slow going. My kids were returned to alabama without my knowledge and taken to the deacons house and dhr was called. Three days later i found out what had happened and the next day they had a hearing never contacting me since we were staying with family with power and waterand i was job searching.But the point is the kids had they contacted me would have ben well taken care of. i called the court they informed me we had a appointed atty. he will not return my calls nor will dhr.

the deacon threatened my family when i went to protest in front of the church calling my wife a devil worshiper and calling me a bum and worthless. To me this is a grave injustice and a case of the church and state working togethar to break up a family. if anyone out there can help us please contact me and to all the honest hard working and loving families thank you for reading this and god bless.
