I know first hand Knowledge that this couple tells story's to convince you to rent from them and then keeps your deposit unless caught and forced to leave.
He tries to sell things that are not his and uses Carol to do the posting. Our recent Landlord caught him trying to sell her friends car for parts on craiglist, advertising the yard for tents to rent and the driveway for R.V. parking on craigslist.
Alan had the appliances and furniture in the house for sale on craigslist. He boosts that he is in the music business, has a pressure washing and sealant business, printing business and more.
He's claim is to have made millions and his Brother stole it all from him. He tries to get you not to speak about any of his "personal" business. But that is so he can "spin his web" and won't get caught.
He is a Liar and a Con and BEWARE if you deal with him. Post your experience and expose him so he is run out of this town. I wish I had done this research before now. He has victims in Florida and Tennessee that I have found.
He went to my work and tried to say I was drunk and made sexual advances to his girlfriend and the Cops were called. But my work had already been informed of his character and the police were doing a "stand by" while they removed there belongings.

I would like to address the facts:
I am a Christian woman & believe in helping others
I rented a room to Tom because he was in need
Tom had been evicted by his ex-girlfriend for alcohol, drug and physical abuse
I agreed to help him with housing, he claimed to be clean for 6 months (drug & alcohol free)
People should not feel violated or have to deal with physical or verbal abuse
Tom was a renter, NOT a customer.
Tom was NEVER associated with the company in any way!
Tom is abusive & a sexual deviant
Tom never paid the rent he owed AND he stole from me
Tom was abusive & out of control
Tom was groping me and other females
Tom was told he would have to move out
At that point, Tom was verbally attacking & making threats. Police were called
Tom was just an angry drunk who got even angrier when I told him to move out!
May 13th I told Tom to move out & a police report was filed with the LaVergne Police Department. The next day he posted this report! This report is nothing but slanderous comments ! It is a hoax, & no proof has been nor can be provided that these events really happened.
Me, my business partner & our company never have & never will conduct business with this sexual deviant ! We have helped over 100,000 happy customers & we are proud of what we do ! We have been in business for over 15 years & have done business all over the world; from small Mom & Pops to big Corporations. We have heard it all over the years, from we walk on water to our dog has wings. Please consider the source of these rumors & slanderous comments.
