Alan Lavine Purchased 400.00 worth of groceries. Used every product then retuned the empty Bags, Cans and Bottles stating everything was not fresh. Each package was eaten down to the last morsel.

As co-owner of Alan Lavine Inc., I can testify that neither myself nor my husband, Alan Lavine, has ever spent $400 together or alone on groceries, let alone returned so many empty containers for a full refund on them! This is ridiculous! Also, we do not provide, nor have we ever claimed to provide financial advice. We are columnists and authors. We objectvely report on financial subjects for newspapers and magazines. We don't charge consumers for anything. Before publishing such outlandish accusations you should name your source and detail specifics.
