AKC IS AN AMAZING ORGANIZATION WITH WHOM WE HAVE OUR DOGS REGISTERED! THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT TO WORK WITH IN OUR BATTLE TO GET EUROPEAN/AMERICAN DOCUMENTS UNTANGLED! THIS FAMILY WAS MADE KNOWN OF ALL MATTERS AND I HAVE THOSE EMAIL DOCUMENTS. SAD HE HAS RESORTED TO THIS!

SEEMS AS IF RIP OFF REPORT IS THE WAY TO GET A LOUD BARK HEARD!

TOO BAD THE AUTHORS OF THE REPORTS  HAVE HARD LIVES TO NOT BE ABLE TO WAIT AND BE KIND WHEN SITUATIONS APPEAR.

AGAIN WHEN AKC DOCUMENTS ARE RELEASED THIS FAMILY WILL BE NOTIFIED AND WILL HAVE WHAT IS THEIRS.

This report states Ashley's email exchange with us but NEVER  the fact that she signed a contract and agreed to have her Golden fixed.

They have NEVER to this day provided proof of her male "Cooper" being fixed.

However she did email recently stating her son has Alergies to Cooper and they needed to place him.

She also signed the same contract stating we have first right to receive "Cooper" back if they were unable to keep him.

Ashley says she has found a way to keep Cooper in her home.

*His papers are waiting here and on file with AKC documents.

We do not know in fact that he has been fixed.

We have also purchased a Golden Retriever from April. The dog was purchased in November of 2008 and we have been trying since that time to retrieve AKC papers that we feel belong to us from April. April refuses to return our calls or E-mails. At this point we feel we have been sold an animal that is not a purebred and cannot be registered.
All we ask is for the so called honest breeder to follow through with her agreement.

I am familiar with the AKC rules and regulations, and am also familiar with legal cases regarding defamation. I say that you have defamed April Fulk by this very irresponsible and public letter regarding your dealings with her.

April is a professional breeder of white goldens. To say she NEVER returns phone calls, to call her a LIAR and a FRAUD discredits April entirely..in every aspect of both her personal life, the businesses she is involved in and her reputation.

I personally know her and her family. They are all assets to this wonderful world of dogs, life and community in beautiful Alaska. She is a positive force in Alaska and in foreign countries where she conducts herself with charm, grace and honesty. I repeat..HONESTY.

I seriously believe that your credibilty is ZERO. I am certain that April and her fine business in the AKC world is above reproach and that YOU should choose your words VERY carefully in the future because as the Ripoff Report says, and I paraphrase them so that YOU will understand them..YOUR words will never be deleted..and, my dear, your words will come back and BITE YOU!

As her neighbor, I am visited on a daily basis by her gentle- natured goldens. I see April with waiting lists of "adoptive families"..I see her agonize over matching the right pup to the right applicant. She protects her lines with contracts. Read Yours.

By the way, I forgt to post that we do have our paperwork. Our situation went very smoothly. I just wanted to make sure it was clear that we have our paper work (AKC).

I purchased a puppy from April and Heath in March of 2008. Yes, we had a problem getting the paperwork due to DNA testing. You have to have DNA done on all dogs brought into the USA. April has wonderful lines and my Glacier is the best. He is truly a wonderful dog. Please don't let one bad remark keep you from purchasing a great line of dogs.

i know for a fact April or Heath would never do anything like that. they are the best people in the world! they sell great dogs and all there dogs are beautiful and amazing and trained. i doubt she had ever not answered your phone calls or replyed to your emails she is so good at getting back to people estpecially her clients. having her own buisness like that is a big deal and she takes this buiness very seriouly. i love April and Heath and i know they would never lie to a client...

The report about April is simply not true. I personally know April and find her to be of outstanding character. I do know that her guarantee states that papers will not be sent until the owners show proof of sterilization as well as other requirements. Is it possible that this stipulation has not been met? Spaying/nuetering is a common requirement in the breeder business.

I have seen the pedigree of both parents and this puppy is of outstanding lineage. The mother is imported from Germany and the father is from European lines within the US.

I know from my own research that white goldens sell for much more than $1650; the writer got a tremendous deal. I understand the dog was also trained well before it was aquired which also adds to the value of the dog. A dog of this quality is worth way more than the 1650 paid. The reputation of good people should be worth way more than that.

I am sure that Ripoff Report can be a valuable tool for some; however, in this case it is simply a false report. Alaska's White Gold Goldens is a very reputable business with whom I hope to do business soon.

The huge beautiful male golden was one of the most beautiful puppies that the fulks ever produced...this exceptional male, Cooper, was sold as a pet, and if the buyer would have understood the complicated process that a CONTRACT entails, [all clearances have to be completed, hips elbows, heart and eyes, and the OFA can only be done at 24 months] then the time it takes to transfer the dog's registry to AKC, she sould have been thankful that her puppy would be a top of the line addition to her family......name calling comes back to bite you on your own butt...the Fulks are honest, hard and long working parents of 5 children and great owners to their goldens that they love!!! all the papers are in, Ms Ashley, from Hampton Virginia should think about now contacting AKC, and check with K9data, to find her dogs' sire and dam's pedigree......i think she needs to pray for forgiveness for deferrring someones' name and character...then ask the Fulks for forgiveness, as there was no intended malace, just her own impatience!!!! I would think someone in the Military would have better thinks to do with their time than hurt fellow Americans. If you cantact The Fulks, i am sure they will have many MORE terrific references and satisfied customers!!!!!
