I order quilt label and never received it. Nobody answers the telephone nor do the respond to emails concerning my order. That is until I called the BBB. Then I received a nasty email, so very unprofessional. Still have not received merchandise. I have put another call into the BBB and next I'm getting in touch with the attorney general (consumer fraud).
