I bught a power cable and a remote control for a Durabrand movile DVD player. They charged me for UPS ground shipping. They never provided a tracking number. After waiting a month I contacted them via email and they said it was shipped using standard post service. I've tried to contact them several times after that with no response. The web site does not have any phone number and they DO NOT answer my emails.

I am the same person who reported this. I have received the merchandise. It arrived I month later than expected but finally I've get it. Took a lot of effort to solve this.

Alco Electronics - Alco Venturer Electronics- target -wal-mart - BUYER BEWARE-Alco electronics, RCA service in owners manual , DVR - VCR shipped to them for service 4/11/09. Lost unit. Shipped used, defective unit in an old box to replace mine. Unit not working. Called them told me unit defective by serial# and don't no how it shipped. I am getting re-manufactured unit not new to replace mine. Still waiting 6/30/09. Buffalo New York
