I rented from Alejandra Soria and upon moving out of the house, I had the space deep cleaned and returned it to her in better condition than she gave it to me in. I asked when I would be receiving my deposit back and she discontinued all contact with me and changed her phone number. She is very unprofessional and very dishonest. It looks like she is doing this to other people as well (from other complaints online) and I am happy to hear that she was sued by one of her previous victims. What us scary is this person actually has a real estate license. I hope she is discovered and dealt with accordingly. She still owes me $1000.

Judge for yourselves
I will attached the eviction case number and judgement I won against her. . This lady is nasty and keeps people thinking that she is this innocent good woman but in reality she is nasty. She has the decency to say I owe her 1000 dollar deposit? She has a judgement and left a house like a pigstie. Full of cockrouches, fleas, ticks, rays you name it, every nesty creature was there.
Do not rent to her, she will bring all her family to your home and destroy it. At the end of it all she acts as if she is the victum. Please go look at her ripoff report for: Corrinna Treloar and you will see how much she actually owes me. She is located in Stockton and she works for Blue Shield in Lodi Ca.
And no Corrinna no one sued me yet. They have a big mouth just like you who say things that aren't true because I stood for my rights. Yes I do have a real estate lic and I have very good reference from every customer of mine. Unlike you. so keep my real estate reputation out of your mouth and I have never cheated you or anyone else.
