It all started off with me renting a room from Alejandra Soria of Coldwell Banker, back in June of 2005, in a 2 story 5 bedroom house located in North Stockton. I rented the room for 325.00 a month with a 325.00 deposit. it was fine for about a year, she had been renting out all the rooms to pay for the house, so roommates came and went.

during all of that she asked me to be the one who keeps a eye on the house and interview the roommates who are looking to move in. She didn't live in Stockton, but in San Jose. Then some roommates were not working out, and she didn't want to deal with the drama. So she wanted to kick everyone out and just rent the whole house out or just sell it.

i had come to find out later she had talked the other roommates to talk me into renting the whole house out so that everyone including me could stay. the rent was 1600.00 with a 1600.00 deposit ( do have every receipt for every time i gave her money), she said if i just kept all the rooms filled it would pay for it self. that did so good, and it did work for a while, but its hard to keep all the rooms filled, and if i didn't i payed out of my own pocket, well with all the maintenance and repairs and dealing with the roommates i was running up my credit debt, then thing got worse for me in Dec 2007 to Feb 2008 when i got screwed by all the roommates bailing on me, stealing most of everything in the house and damaging some of the house. and then i was left empty with no money, so i tried to get things back to normal, but couldn't. and she told me that she wanted to move in and kick everyone out.

but i was a little behind and i finally got all the back pay and fees and rent at 1800.00 for the last month, and when i asked about getting my deposit back she said she would get back to me, and i cleaned and repaired everything that happened after i took over. its over a month and i she wont reply to my emails and my calls day after day.

i tried to be nice, but i went to house to see her in person come to find out she doesn't even live there. and when i was looking for a condo they ask for your old landlord, so i listed her, and she said she would say bad things about me cause she put me in the situation that i was over my head in,

so now i am suing her for my deposit, and if i can the credit debt that she got me into, plus my legal fees.

so if you have or looking at a house or rented from her get out she lies and takes all your money

For the reccords Casey B McCarthy never sued me. Because he knew I would have won the lawsuit. he would have to pay me for the last two month of rent and damages in the house. Be honest casey, you know the truth comes out sooner or later.  I do have proof of your nasty behaviors toward other and how you bettletle  every tenant. You are not superior to anyone . I hope by now you know it.  You are wrong about me telling other you were a bad tenant. I accidently came across this report. Your nasty habit of trying to hurt others because you are butter in your life doesn't have any legal foundations . Like I said, i do have proof and still have proof of who you are and what you did in my home and to the home. this report  that you wrote about me with no foundations . Now every one will know what a kind of  tenant you are..you ripped what you saw.

Casey B. McCarthy is  freeloader N rude and simply a bad tenant.

I have a very reputable  history in real estate for 14 years now... this freeloader is not going to destroy what I have worked so hard for. 

 Casey moves in  first, then I put 4 other people in the house within a month , it is a big home. Casey fought with every single roommate in the house, no big reasons. More or less  for no reasons.

The tenant were  constantly  sending me emails complaining about his rud and obnoxious behaviors. the other 4 tenants were  professionals  or full time students who  had no time on their hands to  worring about others peoples lives . Besically they minded their own business. On the other hand Casey, appereltly had more time on his hands brough women to the house all the time and was constantly in a rotten mood; So the other tenants said. i still have the emails from the other , but abviously  that is private conversation. The 4 other  tenants said that he acted as if the house was only for his use and they also mention that he acted as if he was the owner of the home.

Apperantly,  he can do as he pleased,  drink,  come in and go at any time of the day but the other would get lecture if they did something Casey didn't agree with. I called to his attention, as soon as i got more then two emails and  told him, he either got along with everyone else and mind his own Or he had to leave. I would give him a 60 day notice. He said it was them and blamed them for everything. But if 4 tenants were complaining about him.. there was something seriously he needed  to think about.

For the second time I filled the house with roommates, once again.  I told him that everyone in the house had equal rights. He agreed. Not even two weeks past by when he had eltercations with more then one oommate. Two roommates left.  I called Casey and told him that he needs to keep his behavior in check or that he needed to find another place that I could not afford to be losing money because of his high and low moods.  He abviously did not wanted to leave. I proposed to him that he could be responsible to renting all the rooms  for$1600 then he could live free in his room. He abviously  agreed. Who doesn't want free rent, right. That lasted for 1 year .Casey grew tired of having to fill in the rooms because his nasty temper and bad behavior no one wanted to stay more than 6 month in the house near him.  

he had conflict witheveryone. when he was getting the rent free for almost two year he never complained once. But once no one in town wanted to move in, thats when he wanted me to remove the agreement with him of being incharges (only)  of collecting rents. had he been kind andrespectfully to the other tenants they would had not left as early as they did. (Casey, you have a nasty mouth, nasty personality and you don't know your bunderies. You know you still owed me money.  because I new you had no money at that time i sidnt take tou to court, everyone needs to work for their thing, you didn't think I was going to let you live free of rent for your pretty face did you?)

in 2008 there was no one in the house but him and he had not paid me the 1600 for two months in wich he agreed to do before. So I told him to leave or I was going to do a three day notice then an eviction on him. He left voluntarily. That was the end of that. He gave me$ 300 for deposit. And he owed me $2400.00 in wich he never paid. I gave him an itemized letter where it stipulated how much he owed me after the deposit. He was mad because I told him two vacate the home in two months or I was going to give him a tree day notice then an eviction. In his head he felt he did me a favor by renting the rooms and collecting money yet he forgot to mention that by doing that he got free rent.
