Alex Kodnegah ripped us off for pool cleaning services. He hired us to turn around the green swamp of a pool at his rental property, looking back now we see why it was green! We serviced the pool for almost 5 months. At month 3 we began calling to inquire about payment, were told it would be mailed, then a month or two later began ignoring us. We told the tenant and stopped service. We then filed a lawsuit against Alex Kodnegah and have a judgment for $737.75 plus court costs of $130.00. To date we have NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE PENNY FROM THIS CLOWN. I'd think twice about trusting this guy.
