Magical plan it events lacks customer service skills, responds slow, the owner is non professional, inconsiderate, and rude. I purchased a groupon for this company, Magical Plan It had a issue with groupons so they pulled the offer from groupons. I spoke to a rep and she advised me to get my money back from groupons and we could set up a contract directly through the company for the same price and deal. I then signed a contract and paid $362 to Magical Plan It. The company took several weeks to process my payment and once they did the charge was reversed. I then had to contact the company again and tell them to take the money out of my account. A few weeks later (June 16, 2012) is my wedding. The photo booth was dropped off and left outside of my reception. I walk up and the booth isn't connected to any power. One of my guest connect the booth to power and it starts working. My niece and nephew went to take pictures and when the photo strip printed out at the bottom it had another couples names and wedding date from the weekend prior to my wedding. The photo booth kept on turning off. Most of my guest we not able to have a turn in the photo booth. I was also suppose to get a scrapbook for my guest to sign and put there picture next to it along with a pen and glue sticks. I never got any of those items, so the guest book that I thought I would have for my wedding I now don't have because of this company. Later in the evening after my wedding was all said and done the owner comes to pick up the booth. My husband and I speak to the owner and asked him what happened and for a refund. The owner, Alex Polazzo, told me to email him that he would need to see how much time was on the hard drive. He didn't apologize nor care that he ruined a big part of my day. Magical Plan It Events should always have a back up plan it the event that circumstances happen. I was very disappointed, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
