ALEX TV, WOODBRIDGE NJ DISHNETWORK'S CONTRACTOR ALEX TV--THIEVES, CROOKS, UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRIBLE FORDS New Jersey

Alex Tv are contractors of Dishnetwork in Woodbridge Plaza or Towers, Apartments. We've had Dishnetwork for the past 15 years at a different location, and for the most part they were decent to deal with. Once we moved to Woodbridge we found out Alex Tv has a contract with Dish and they do all their installations and service any issues. In one word this company is horrendous. They are bunch of unprofessional losers, they don't dress the part, they don't talk the part, if my family wasn't so gung h*o on watching their native country channels I would have cancelled Dish the miniute I saw Alex from Alex Tv, I believe he is the name sakes of the company. The guy looked more like a janitor than from a professional installation company, he was rude and unprofessional. It seems all the employees are all the same, LIARS, SCAM ARTISTS & oh did i mention UNPROFESSIONAL, men and women are all the same. When we installed we had major problems with the receiver it kept going offline by itself randomly, after 5-6 days of wasting my time with them we had the receiver replaced, problem seemed to have resovled. Now after some time the service is going offline again randomly, saying signal lost, and then coming online by itself. These guys have been jerking us around for 4 days, and we've called Dishnetwork directly and lodged a complain against them as well. Last thing i'll say, unless it's a matter of life and death and you absolutely must have dishnetwork, DO NOT GET THEM. Alex Tv will make your life miserable. I will cancel this garbage service as soon as i can, if i ever run into any contractors by dish or any service, i'm just not getting them. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND RUN AWAY FROM ALEX TV.
