Ali Vahabzadeh rented a condo to me and the whole experience was horrible
From the beginning the toilet leaked causing water bills of 200.00 amonth. HE refused to fix these problems, Also cigarette smoke was pouring into my home the entire time causing me to loose my job, suffer health problems, severe sleep deprivation and just plain harassment.
He refused to put money out to fix the vent causing the smoke to pour in and for the entire 6 monthsI put up with the problem he would do nothing except say he could not "see" smoke. He could clearly smell the smoke and it was obvious to see if you stayed in the unit with the windows closed up and suffered.
He is a horrible landlord and does not care about his tenants. HE will use every excuse such as having to leave town constantly just to keep form having to put money out to fix the problems.
The tenants surrounding the unit smoked constantly inside their unit and it constantly poured into my unit i was living in causing me damages in clothing, mattress cleaning, etc.
I finally had to call the fire dept to have documentation of the problem, I also had to fix the toilet myself as he refused to fix the problem claiming nothing was wrong before. He tried to act as if I caused the toilet problem but when noone was living there and hte unit was empty his bill was 71 for water which is too high for it being empty.
It took him three months to agree to let me out of the contract so I wouln't owe anything else. THen when I was moving out he stalked the unit for 3 days while I was packing driving by every hour and then the day we finally loaded things up he was driving back and forth the whole day and even started harassing the movers I paid to help move my things. He was insane acting crazy obsessive and obnoxious. He threatened my movers, threatened me and even then followed me to my new dwelling and then stalked me by every day driving up and down the road he also parked at a store across the street and sat and watched me for several days. I am not sure what kind of doctor he is but his behavior was irrational, unwarranted and dangerous..
He works for Carilion hospital ROanoke Memorial as physician in internal medicicen
He then tried to take me to court to get money from me that I did not owe him and then refused to pay for all the suffering and repair and bill costs. I had to take him to court to recover my lossses.
Stay away

DO not rent from this landlord unless you want harassment constant/

My first rebuttal was off and I should have done my homework.. this guy is not a jealous lover but a plain old nasty stalker guy.
EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW Can we say that again EWWWWWW!
He is gross. I saw his picture online naaasssttty.....
He also claims he began practicing in 2005 but didn't graduate his program until 2007 can we say LIAR!!!!
He also claims he went to school in America but graduated in south america at a easy to get into college for medical school....His wife went to school in the west indies..
Oh and she claims that she has been in practice since 2004 but she is a liar too cause she has been in practice and graduated in 2007 the same class as her new hubb. and seh went to school in the West Indies.
WOW what kind of people are we lettting into this county....Did you know that dr's in those countries don't go to college they only go straight to med school and skip going to a 4 year BA program..SCARY!!!
Apparently both these people have been stakling this girl but its mostly the guy..
I heard he acts all innocent and nice and calm then goes completely insane and will stalk you continuously after that just becasue he is insane.....this is what happens when people come from coountries where they don't get penalties for killing..
These people are very dangerous BEWARE ANd stay away
Also do not rent from them because the report above is not the only incident they have caused
There was a older couple that lived in the house and I found out that they had to leave so fast cause this guy was insane that they left closets filled with clothing and memorabilia as well as their furniture and other belongings which this guy kept. Apparently he was that crazy ......they were nice people too... and this guy was constantly diong them the same way.. with the smoking, the water problems,, not fixing anything and just stalking and nuts....then after they moved he continued to stalk them..HE also would come by late and night and just sit outside
HE apparently did the same to the person above as well...I don't know if it is the Sabrina this Ali is claiming however i do kknow that whoever it is ......they are right on the money about this guy..
PLEAse for your safety stay away from this pair...joanne akong and ali vahabzadeh. Dangerous.. stalking very unnormal behavior

I apologize my comment above was harsh and does not make sense as I meant to write that it seems ignorant that if this guy is already stalking this girl why would anyone give him information..
Seriously this guy needs psychological help. It is not normal for a person woman or man to stalk someone and then when the victim goes into hiding or doesn't give the stalker the new address does this guy thik someone is actually going to give him the address so he can continue to harass this girl.. or kill her possibly

I have never met this person and I am afraid of this behavior.. this is not normal behavior following a person and stalking them for days , calling their works or even offering money to stalk them more.. wow.. this guy is seriously needing to be locked up
I hope that whoever this person is which apparently as he mentions is this Sabrina I hope she gets a restraining order against him and locks him up ...this guy sounds like he could be the next serial killer ..

IT seems that this person will do anything to stalk this girl. It sounds like this girl does not owe you anything but you are a scorned lover or perhaps jealous cause this girl possibly dumped you cause you seem like a psycho loser.

I got to know Sabrina from Roxana Valencia-lamas stalking behavior due to her turning Roxana in for welfare fraud because it is not right people have to work hard while people like that suck off our taxes and suck off people they got to bring them into the country..NOw this person or its probably Roxana valencia writing about Sabrina AGAIN.. .
