Alice Wilson, Owner of Alice's Wonderland Playhouse, LLC. Employer who literally writes checks to employees she can't cash Toano Virginia

Alice Wilson, owner of Alice's Wonderland Playhouse is a fradulent employer. On multiple occasions she has issued paychecks to her employees with insufficient funds to cover the payroll checks. It would be understandable as a small business for this to occur once but in the past 9 months that the business has been open, she has passed a total of 6 payroll checks to 4 seperate employees that have all bounced. Clearly, this is a person who does not manage her money well. What kind of sound business owner passes a bad check not once, not twice, but six times?? Clearly, not only is this facet poorly managed but falls into the realms of illegal activity. Naturally, she should not be in business because of this. It makes one wonder how could you run a childcare center where managing the safety of small children is such an important detail and important things like paying your staff in a timely fashion seems unimportant... When details like paying your employees become unimportant to the point where you have passed 6 bad checks in 9 months, it makes you wonder what other aspects of this childcare operation are slowly falling under the radar or are poorly managed. This employer is not one who I would reccommend working for nor entrusting my child's safety to.
