      Alice (Yang) DuBois is an unethical person.  Do Not do business with her.  She rented her house to us at 3807 Sabrina Oaks Ln. in Katy, TX   77449.

     This woman has retalitated against us and is purposely withohold our security deposit because we reported her to a government agency, which is illegal accroding to the Texas Property Code.  She failed to call the Gas Company, which is the law, and had work done to the house.  They unded up rupturing the gas line and putting my Stepson in jeopardy.  The house could have blown up and he could have died and no one bothered to tell him to evacuate the house at the time it occured.

     Ms. DuBois told me I was over-reacting by calling the Fire Department and that I was acting like a girl.  She endangered my faminly and I reported her to Centerpoint Energy, and now she is retaliating against us, which is illegal.  She is trying to withhold our security deposit over burnt grass and other nonsense, even though we have a letter from Governor Rick Perry himself, stating we are in a draught.

     This lady should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law for putting my family in danger.

tyg is obviously Chester Howard, Alice's husband, who is not even on the lease.  He doesn't he have the guts to give his name.  Well that's okay.  We see the nasty verbage and response from such a man, typical of his behavior and his wife Alice Yang DuBois.  In Addition to Contacting the Texas Attorney General, The Texas Real Estate Commission, and the Better Business Bureau, I'm now also contacting the Houston Tenants Association.  I've been told if our Security Deposit was wrongfully withheld, that we could be entitled to 3 Xs the original deposit plus court cost.  So I guess Alice would rather pay $4,000.00 instead of $1,300.00.  Not to mention the fact that she retaliated against us just because we reported her to a government agency which is illegal.  We watered our grass once a week as the lease stated, holes in the wall for hanging picutures is allowed, our dogs did not chew up the base board, and we have pictures as proof that the base board was chewed up and I fail to see how the landlord who is not a structural engineer could assess that there was structural damage because we did not water the foundation.  How did they know we did not water the foundation once a week, were they spying on us.  We are obviously dealing with children and cowards who can't admit when they are wrong and think they can steal from my family.  I will never stop pursuing this until justice is served.  Alice Yang Dubois needs to send me a check for $1,300.00 and then I will rest.

 First who the hell are you to call out when someone rebuttals your post? YOU came to this site and POSTED. Dont sit there and tell someone to mind thier own business when you came to the community as a whole. Just because you do not like what was asked is no reason to invalidate the whole process. Secondly, you ARE over reacting to the gas line issue. Your home COULDNT have just blown up as a rupture would mean that there was no gas going into the house. Third, you are blaming this individual yet you come to us with no PROOF other then your ranting. Given your entire attitude from original post to rebuttal, I can determine that you have a beef against this person and are doing what you can to ruin them. But you do this with no proof other then your assumptions.

Lastly, it would not be the landlords issue to call on WHERE the gaslines are, it would be on the company that would be doing the work. THEY are the ones who legally have to make that call. So youre blasting someone for something that is not thier responsability.

Since obviously YOU and YOUR child are not dead or "blown up", it can be safely assumed that this is just your being over reactionary. Get over it, get on with your life. Its obvious that you are a female, and this simply falls into the standard female on female drama BS.

You have to PROVE LEGALLY that this person is retaliating against you. Comming to a website and bitching is not proof. If there was ACTUAL proof, you wouldnt be here sucking up for sympathy. You get none from me as I can see this for what it really is. Your attempt to discredit this individual. Nothing more. Your just mad because you were counting on the return of your security deposit for some reason. Well, maybe next time take better care of your rental and you will get it back. Thats the reason you HAVE a security deposit. They get to keep that instead of sueing you for damaging THIER property.

I swear are they making stupidity patches now????

 Stacey, whoever you are...

I received the letter from Governor Rick Perry from the District Attorney's Office, care to argue with that?  And I don't care how DRAUGHT is spelled, it doesn't get Alice Yang DuBois off ths hook because I spelled something wrong, grow up.  This letter stated a State of Emergency Declaration.  We watered our grass at least once a week just like the lease stated lady.   The gas company did not rupture the gas line, can you read???  They came out to fix the gas line after it was ruptured from digging, because Alice Yang DuBois failed to call the gas company FIRST, and have the mark the lines.  She broke the law, understand lady.

She put my family in danger because that house could have blown up due to negligence because this was a mistake that could have been avoided, understand?  I wasn't there at the time this happened to report it to the landlord, and don't tell me my responsibilities lady, mind your own business.  I read the lease, and we watered the grass.

 Where did you get a letter from Rick Perry stating there was a "draught"?? It is called a DROUGHT and has been going on for over 10 years in some areas of Texas.  How many times a week did you water the lawn?? If the gas company ruptured a line then they should have told you.  Sounds like you did not care for the property at all. 

How did she put you family in danger??? You are renting the home therefore you have a responsibility to report any and all problems to the landlord.  Did you read your lease?? Start taking care of your responsibilites
