Alicia Ford Working For: Western United Finance, LLC, Value Mortgage Funding Will Lie, Cheat and Steal and promise the world, to work on your commercial loans! Scottsdale Arizona

If you are in the market for a Commercial Loan or if you are a Banker, Broker, sending in a commercial loan to Alicia Ford at, Western United Funding, LLC. and/or Value Mortgage Funding Corp. Please take this advice:

Run and Run away quickly from Alicia Ford and her Broker Chain Contacts and Hedge Fund and Private Money, "World Wide Funding Sources"!

Don't end up like me! I gave Alicia Ford $200,000,000.00 plus, worth of commericial loans projects, in good faith, for her to work on, for funding. I ended up with ruined relationships, a tarnished reputation and nothing but wasted time and a bag of promises, that were not worth their weight, in dung!

Alicia at first, will dazzle you and/or your client with her BS, she will tell you anything you want to hear, to get you to submit her the deal. At that point, she will cut you out of the deal, talk behind your back and ultimately try to steal your client!

She will suck you and/or your client in with promises of low interest rates (2% over libor), low points (1.00% for her and the fund). Make all kinds of promises to get a timely, SOI. She will leave out vital information from the beginning, such as processing costs, upfront due diligence fees, interest reserves, etc.

Months will pass, and eventually, you might receive an SOI, with a high interest rate, that will not even be close, to what she had promised! You and/or your client will then see her staggering inexperience, and her fly by the seat of her paints, deceitful sales tactics!

In one of my cases, she even had the odasity, after the release of the SOI, to ask my clients for a Never Disclosed $7,500.00 loan processing fee and an upfront $30,000.00 due diligence fee. The SOI had already contained a point structure, that was higher, by 3.5%, than Alicia promised, and a interest rate that was 5% higher. All in an effort, to pad her own pocket and hard sell my client, who is straped for time! Unbelivable!!!

Be Very, Very, Very, Carefull! Alicia Ford has Never Funded a commercial loan, with this funding source! She is nonresponsive to you and/or your clients', questions and/or concerns. She is unreliable, unprofessional, deceitful and disorganized at best!

Don't lose your money, time, relationships, reputation and clients to Alicia Ford. She is only out for her personal gain (Up Front Monies) and has, No Disregard, for you and/or your clients, commerical loans and/or sanity!
