ALIENWARE REBATE RIPOFF Miami Florida

I sent my rebate form and invoice the same week I received the pc. I waited 2 months. I called customer service, they said initially they havent received it, then they said they received the form but not the invoice. Since it is now more than 45 days it is now voided. This is the same scam they have pulled with many others, concerning their rebate vendor.

Compusa was found liable for their rebate vendors actions and had punitive damages, therefore I URGE everyone that has been scammed like this to contact FTC.gov and file a complaint.

Alienware is liable for the actions of its vendors because it is the one advertising the rebate!!!!!
