All 4 Paws Pet Grooming Owner: Wendy Dodaro AKA Wendy Cinnerella All 4 Paws Pet Grooming in New Lenox, IL - Dogs Injured and Abused Worst Groomer EVER! New Lenox Illinois

On 1-14-2017, Dog groomer Wendy purposely gave my 2 dogs Brayden & Angel Bad haircuts, shave them down to the skin, cut their nails to low and around their eye area cut bald patches on them both all out of spite due to my asking her daughter not to yank on my dog one of my dogs 4 months prior to this appointment. 

Back around August of 2016 I had both dogs groomed at All 4 Paws dog grooming in New Lenox, Il and when I arrived to pick them up I saw the owner Wendy's daughter  yanking on my 2yr old Poodle when he was only trying to lick her and she seemed upset .

I went into the place and asked her why was she yanking on him like that I saw her thru the window and she denied it.

I told her he's very friendly and there was no reason to do him like that. I paid for my services, took the dogs and left. 

I should have contacted the owner Wendy about the incident but decided to just let it go because I chalked it up to the groomer just having a bad day who knew they were harboring a grudge waiting on the chance to hurt my puppies.   

I normally get the dogs groomed every 2-3 months and although they had not been groomed they had regular baths & brushings at home and I would trim their nails but they needed hair cuts since their hair was so long. 

 I foolishly trusted that these were adult professionals I was dealing with so I blindly against better judgement dropped the dogs off at the groomer thinking when I came back they would look nice like they usually do when I take them there. 

When I got there to my horror they were shave downed so low that I didn't recognize my own dogs at first glance, I stood outside looking at them both in shock.  

One of the other girls was at the cash register and noticed the shocked looked on my face and quickly gave me a lie that they were matted and their hair came off in a whole sheet when they were getting cut.

This was a lie cause their hair was long but I brushed them every other day so they didn't have any knots in their fur and I had been using her since like April of 2016 never had this happen nor have they ever been matted.  

To make the lie seem convincing she pointed over to the window where she had their hair at.

(I should have took a picture because the cut hair was visibly soft but again my being in shock I didn't). I had my husband to pay the $72.00 took my dogs and left but upon leaving out of the shop, I saw the owner Wendy gave me a dirty look but made no attempts to explain their appearance at all. 

I cried on the way home and once I got there, all I could do was cry and hold my 2 babies cause I can't imagine the pain and cruel treatment they endured out of my stupidity of trusting them to do a good job. 

Your intent was to hurt me by abusing and torturing my innocent harmless puppies? MISSION COMPLETED DID IT MAKE YOU AND YOUR DAUGHTER FEEL BETTER??

I GUESS I SHOULD THANK YOU GUYS FOR NOT DROWNING OR KILLING THEM AND TELLING ME A LIE TO EXPLAIN IT.

God sits hi and looks down low, he saw everything you did to them.

My dogs refused to eat for an entire day and would only drink water, I literally just got them to eat a small amount of chicken noodle soup over 24 hours later. 

I am going to follow up with their vet to get full physicals to see what else was done to them.

They have been nervous, shaking and crying out in their sleep and jumping up bolting as if they are terrified. 

 The Poodle  was suppose to have a Mohawk haircut and it was butchered up, uneven and he has bald spots on the sides of his head and by his eyes and various spots over his body were you can see how low to the skin they cut him and left other spots with a little more hair, on his back right paw his nails are trimmed low and showed dried blood and she cut the insides around his paw pads and he's been licking then every since and they cut him very close around his eye area in patches on purpose. 

My Shitzu's haircut even worse he has a almost bald patch around the inside eye socket area of his eye on the left side which had to have been painful to endure since it so close to the skin on the inside of his eye and I'm sure those clippers were hot and burning him. His nails are low, split, uneven and he was butchered as well. 

I'm so upset for trusting them but who would have thought they would do this just because I asked her daughter not to yank on my  pets.  Still in a state of shock but I'm posting pics of them before and after their mutilation & cruelty. No animals should be maliciously butchered and treated like this!    

Why Wendy??? I did not disrespect you or your daughter and did all of this cruel stuff to us simply because I asked her not to yank my dog???    I'm praying for you cause there is something disconnected inside to make you do something so Cruel and Malicious.  

Thank you for causing me to get training on how to groom my own pets   Never again will I trust a groomer with my babies I mean who would have thought that a seemingly innocent conversation would resort in my puppies cruel and unusal abuse/punishment.

Hey Wendy, here's an SANE idea, next time you or your daughter do not want someone to speak up against your abuse of their pets why don't you just  number one don't hurt people's pets, and number 2 nicely asked them to go elsewhere and don't hurt or torture their innocent pets because you cannot communicate like adults.....
