I strongly believe, after talking to to the owner, that these business were set up to provide a vehicle for Credit card thieves to transfer stolen goods. "Gels Logistics Inc". owned by "XINDI HU" and "All Access Express Inc", owned by "JUAN XU" are located in the same place at 5160 RIVERGRADE RD in BALDWIN PARK CA 91706. This is the address that a prolific credit card thief sends many packages too using the following information.

I called the owner on his cell at 626-353-8182 and tried to warn him that he was receiving stolen property, he laughed and said that whatever his customers do is none of his business. He just runs his business. Real Nice guy. He basically implied, that he was the ring leader of all these thefts.
 
I would like to see the IRS and the California state investigate these and past business owned by these 2, for fraud. I would also like to see the Local Police dept and FBI investigate what I believe is an organized theft ring.
 
IPS used to place orders with stolen Credit cards are as follows. He is in Oregon and using Chine servers to replay through. They can still trace his IP though.
