All American Air &Electric, inc i was overcharged by this company. the rtech was here for 1 hour and wrote on my receipt the part was under warranty. i paid 180.00 for service. the company manger had not returned my call. Ocala Florida

on 8/8/08 i called out all american air. they sent a tech within the hour. the part is under warranty. i was charged a 180.00. the tech stated on Monday the main office would send me the difference because he wrote on the receipt the part was under warranty. he was here for less than an hour. the secretary was very rude when i tried to explain my delimia. They charged me a trip charge for 25.00, labor 85.00, 10.00 fuel charge. how did he come up with 180.00. the receipt is marked for 1 hour labor. The business would not return my clls. i faxed them a copy of my receipt. Still no contact. Yes they ripped me off. I will never use them again. all i want is the refund that is due to me. I am sure they have scammed alot more people than myself. i just happen to be the one that will not take it!!!!!! Even on my receipt the tech wrote part under warranty!
