All American Appliance of Arizona Leo Lied about service, never completed job and refused to provide receipt Cottonwood Arizona

I hired Leo of All-American Appliance of Arizona to repair my 2003 Amana side-by-side. He said the refrigerator as it was freezing food and drinks and had a leak. After charging me $253.00 he replaced the ice maker and a water valve. He said that this would fix the freezing and the leak. If not, he would come a replace another part within the refrigerator section.

Before he left, I asked for a receipt. All he did was write down the amount on a piece of paper but promised to have his wife email me an itemized receipt.

AFTER TWO MONTHS:

- He never fixed the problem nor would he return my calls to replace the other part he promised to fix.

- He lied and said he would provide an itemized receipt and after two months my refrigerator still does not work right nor do I have a receipt of the work he provided.

- He scammed me out of $253.00 for a water valve that did not need to be replaced!
