All American Ford Hackensack Ford Stole, Lied, Cheated Hackensack, New Jersey

I started my purchase at this dealer in November 2011. I purchased an Audi A6 a week earlier for $50k. That purchase, from the time I went inot the showroom to delikvery took abiut 3 hours.  I was hoping for the same experience at the Ford Dealer. Wrong !  They started by making me drive 3 miles a way to their lot to look at a "huge selection" of F-150s.  When we got there there were ZERO.  Back to the dealer where I explained what I wanted and that I don't need to be in the dealership to buy,  I am happy to purchase over phone.

Subsequently I was negotiating on the phone for a specific truck the next day, and about two hours into it, they said sorry that vehicle is sold ???   Never thought they would sell a truck that they said was in stock and that I was in the process of buying.

 Next ruck they found for me, I agreed quicker to the price, about $50k, less my trade in.  The only stipulation I had was that I wanted them to remove my radar detector from my 2009 Tacoma and install it in the F150. The sales Manager said no problem.  So I made an appointment with them to arrive at the dealer later in the day, so that they woouyld have time to prep the paper work and truck. They told me to come at 3pm.  Again,  I explained I don't have a lot of time and would like to show up, pay and go.

 I got there at 3 and had to wait an hour before my salesman sat down. He then gave me an application and said they were busy. A-hole had not even STARTED the paper work.  3 hours later I left with the truck.  The salesman didnt really understand the Nav system or media center. Basically a useless delivery.  He said come back Monday for the Radar detector install.  Monday came, and guess what,  they said they couldnt install it because it wasn't Ford.

From there to here they stole the radar dectector from me, never gave it back, and keep lying about sending me a check ( I bought a new one for $1800). Anyway no check, no radar detector, just LIES from Joe Fisher.  Does not return phone calls.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESES CROOKS !!
