I used this company to put a roof on my house and it was an awful experence. Their workers peed in my yard. They were drinking beer with loud music playing. I caught one of them trying to break into my shed. I called their office many times. Nobody ever even supervised the job. Just a bunch of spanish guys that I could not talk to. I never saw anyone. My roof leaked during the next storm and they did not come out and try to fix it for three weeks. They are with the BBB for god sake. My roof still leaks and I am hiring a lawyer because I have thousands of dollars in damages and lots of mold. If you live in the Tidewater- Hampton Roads area you better stay away from All Area Roofing. I can not believe that I fell for there sales talk. They have lots of advertising and good salesmen but their service stinks. I am so upset over this. When I call them now they just yell and hang up on me. I must say that they ripped me off bad.

Have you considered contacting the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation regarding this contractor? He should have a license and you may want to file a complaint, get an investigation going, and possibly some correction action.

Roof Still Leaks

I hired them for a roof repair. My roof still leaks and have been unsuccessful with getting it repaired correctly. I have been promised call backs and service calls which result in no-shows. My roof leaks worse than it did before I had them to do repairs. I would not advise anyone to hire them. Beware!

This complaint was posted to Ripoff Report in September 2010, yet my roofing company has not yet heard from this complainants lawyer 10 months later. In the 18 years of running my company, I have never heard of such a nasty complaint against any professional company drunken Spanish workers, looting, blaring music, public urination and bad work.
However, in the event that this story is true, I invite the complainant to contact me at (757) 301-2334 and I will personally investigate this matter, and if true, my company will gladly repair for free any work we did in less than an outstanding manner.
I look forward to resolving this matter in a way that pleases the complainant.
