All Aspects Waterproofing Liars!! Savage Maryland

The September 4, 2008 report alleging poor service by All Aspects Waterproofing is false. The report was published by Corey Shea Smith who was working for a competitor, Aquaguard Waterproofing, at the time of the alleged occurrence. Mr. Smith called All Aspects Waterproofing, using his own abbreviated name and cell phone number, to request an inspection on September 2 at a home titled in his father's name in Edgewater, Maryland. Mr. Smith was not at the site when the inspector arrived, because the inspector knows Mr. Smith personally and would have recognized him. Nonetheless, Mr. Smith makes claims about what supposedly happened at the inspection, including a claim that he received a phone call a week later offering a 50% discount. As the report was posted on September 4, 2008-a mere two days after the actual inspection-Mr. Smith's statements are clearly false.

Although, Aquaguard Waterproofing claims that it had no knowledge of Corey Smith's actions, despite the fact that Mr. Smith was employed by Aquaguard Waterproofing at the time of the incident, All Aspects is not convinced that Aquaguard Waterproofing was not involved. All Aspects cannot comprehend what Corey Smith personally would have to gain by posting a false report about competing company.

Mr. Smith admitted to writing the report, but was unable to remove the report because of Rip Off Report policies. As a result, both Mr. Smith and Jon Siegel, an owner of Aquaguard Waterproofing, posted rebuttals to let consumers know that the original report is false. Unfortunately, there has already been damage to All Aspects Waterproofing's reputation as a result of the posting.

All Aspects Waterproofing is a top consumer rated company with a certified five star rating. Our previous customers rated us best in quality, value, budget, timeliness, cleanliness and courtesy. We are saddened that others in our profession have resorted to underhanded tactics such as posting false reports on the internet. There is one thing in Corey Smith's report we agree with: "Don't fall victim the sales tactics some waterproofing companies employ."

All Aspects Waterproofing stands on its own merits and focuses on providing exceptional customer service and work and looks forward to "exceeding our customers expectations". We are posting this rebuttal so that consumers can be aware of the truth and can make informed, reasoned decisions when choosing a waterproofing company.

I posted this original complaint while employed by a competitor of All Aspects Waterproofing. I acknowledge that the statements in my original complaint were untrue. Because I am unable to remove the report due to this website's policies, I am writing this rebuttal to inform readers that I do not have a problem with the manner in which my inspection was handled by All Aspects Waterproofing. I own a competing waterproofing company in the area. We have reason to believe that an ex-employee of our company posted this complaint. He did so without authority from our company. We believe that the information in this report is false. It is not our policy to attract clients or deflect business from a competitor by posting false reports. By all accounts, All Aspects Waterproofing is a fine company that does good work and you should not put any stock in this report.
