All Brand Appliance Aka Checkers Aka Reliance ripoff Centereach New York

All brands appliance aka checkmate appliance aka reliance appliance ripped me off. My dishwasher broke and Icalled them to fix it. They were listed under Kenmore in Massapequa my dishwasher is a kenmore. They came looked at it and told me I needed a float switch and gasket. They said it would be 357.51 and I would have to pay upfront. I told them to order the part .

Four weeks went by I never heard from them so I called and they told me that the part was sitting in the store. I told them I wanted it put in so they said it would be the following week. I waited home to get a call that everyone who worked there was out sick. He said make it the following week again I waited to get a call that they didnt have the part.

Finially I insisted so much to fix it 2 repair men came with a gasket and put it in. They turned on the dishwasher to see if it worked of course it didnt. I said to him where are the parts I paid 357.51 he said I dont know and left. I called all brands appliance to hear they only brought half the parts I said what does that mean my dishwasher is still broke he said we will come next week. I never heard from him so I called he said I dont have the part and will mhave to ups overnight it and said and I will have to pay for it nasty.

Another week went by no call they originally came September 3rd I called and repair men came on October 31st. He opened the bottom looked for one minute and told me it is the timer he said he would order it and not charge me.

The following week I called the store again to get Dan he said he was the manager he said there were no timers for my machine and he was goiung to rip mine out take it apart put it together I said no first you said it was the float switch now you say it is the timer I said just give me my money back he said I cant do that. I finially called Sears appliance to have it fixed after two months with no dishwasher it cost mke another 185.00 dollars. I asked whwt was wrong it wasnt the float switch it wasnt the timer it was a water valve.

I asked him what he would have charged if it was the original diagonoses the float switch witch Dan the manager of All brands appliance said was mis diagonoed would be 150.00. I have called gone down I have been lied to hung up on yelled at and then I find out the owner Lori Cass has gone to jail for fraud and first degree scheme. They have been on telivision as the worst business on Long Island and have over 900 people like me with nothing fixed and out of money.

I want my money back and these people put out of business.
