August 8, 2009, we ordered from CT Direct Inc - Larry Hoffman (50) Banquet Chairs and (6) 60" Round Tables. Buy September 9th, we still had not received our merchandise. We cancelled our order and requested a refund. We received a check for $1900.00 (the amount we paid for merchandise) and deposited into our account. the bank sent it back showing Insufficent Funds. We then sent out certified letters requesting either a cashiers check or money order to be sent to us. It is now November 10th and we still have not received our money back. We have since turned Larry Hoffman, CT Direct and All Folding Chairs in to the BBB.

October 25, 2009, we received a casher's check in the amount of $1000.00, there was still an amount of $915.00 due. February 16, 2010 we received another casher's check in the amount of $1000.00. We sent out an $85.00 check for the difference as they only owed us $1915.00.

This report was filed in error since the customer received our cashiers check on time
There was a communication issue at the company and the person fillng the report was
not aware of the refund. We can provide a copy of the cashed cashiers check if needed.
With over 10,000 accounts sometimes mistakes happen and we took care of this in
a timely manner.
