I found this company through www.hometowndumpsterrental.com. I thought they were a reputable company because they had a bit of facebook "likes'' on the page. I was looking to rent a trash bin for my business for a few days. Hometowndumpsterrental.com referred me to a number near my area in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I originally thought hometowndumpsterrental.com operated like a franchise, but I was mistaken. It's simply an advertising website where trash bin companies can advertise. I found out the "reputable" company they recommended me called All Haul Demolition & Recycling is in fact a fraudulent company. When I called them to order a 40 yrd trash bin, I spoke with a man named Dwane. He took my credit card information (which is fine) and then told me that I would expect the bin the next day from 8am-12pm. Well the next day around 9am, I called Dwane to confirm and he assured me that my trash bin would be there at 12.

About 1 hr after 12 pm, there still is no sign of the bin. I called Dwane for the status and he put me on hold for approx. 10 mins. I hung up and called him again. He then proceeded to let all my calls go to voicemail. I kept calling him numerous times and he never picked up afterwards, finally turning off his cell phone. I frantically searched online to see if this company was legitimate and I found one review, dated a few days prior from my incident, of the same thing that happened to him. He got no bin but credit card charged.

After about 1 hr of trying to reach Dwane, I finally got a call back from another gentleman stating that the car brakes broke on his truck. Yea right. ANY professional company will call immediately if they are running late or cannot make it in time for a promised delivery.

They charged my card and now am disputing it. I still have no bin. After doing some more research, turns out their "business" address is actually their home addresses. They have two:

8200 Haven Ave 7-202, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730  (951) 225-4842
2735 Longanrita Ave. Arcadia, CA  (626) 241-2840

Please do not be fooled. I have contacted hometowndumpsterrental.com and I will also be making a formal complaint on them too.
