Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
The product does not function as advertised. You will get one or two replies from the support group and then your email address is blocked. I was able to send subsequent replies to the support group by creating temporary internet addresses. If you don't do this your email will be returned "XXXXXXXX tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain."
I advise strong caution if licensing this product. I am going to file a claim with my credit card company to see if I can get a refund.

Our company provides the working trial version for each of our products. Before purchasing anyone can download the trial version for free from our official site http://www.allmusicconverter.com/ and decide if the software meets his demands. In this particular case the author of the report claims that "the product does not function as advertised" but there is even no specific software issue described here. It's possible that the customer's DRM-protected files just are not authorized on the computer where AllMusicConverter is installed. However the main requirement to convert any music or video with our software is that protected music/video must be played on your computer.
