On 4/23/10 received an estimate from Chris.

On 5/03/10 talked with Sue from the office and told her I would be booking them if they were willing to work with me.  At that time I was 20 weeks pregnant.  I explained that I could not travel past my 28th week and I was doing this move for my boss, from FL to CT. I was going to fly from FL to CT to meet the movers and put into another storage unit.  

This was critical since I had to secure a storage space, book a flight, book a hotel and a rental car.  Since everything was boxed and in storage, it could be picked up at any time. She assured me that if they picked up the items on June 16, it would arrive between 21st and 22nd.  She said she would make a note of it and tell operations. 

05/25/10 Booked my flight for $353.++

05/25/10 Signed Storage Unit for 6/21/10 at $538.++

06/04/10 Booked hotel room 6/21-6/23 total $400.++

06/15/10 Reserved car rental $356.91

06/16/10 The movers came, loaded the truck.

06/21/10 In CT ready for move, called to see what ETA was, asked for Sue, was not in that day. Ashley said it wasn't coming until next week.  I thought there must be a mistake, "can you double check?".  She spoke to John from Operations, he confirmed next week.  She said, he would call me back.  3:00 pm, haven't heard from John, called back. "Have yet to hear from John.  I figured must be a mistake, I'll call tomorrow and speak to Sue. 

6/22/10 Called and asked for Sue, she wasn't there again, now this was Frank, he said call back.  Called back and talked to Irma.  Explained to her that I had spent about $1600+ to come here, I'm 27 weeks pregnant and you're telling me it won't be here to next week.  She assured me that she would call me as soon as the truck left FL, so that I could make arrangements for someone else to get shipment.  "Yeah right, have yet to hear from Irma"  There was no way I could fly after 28 weeks pregnant, doctors orders.  I also told her that I didn't know anyone in CT.  "I'm in a bind". She said the only I could do was speak to Jaime the "Office Manager".  But Jaime wasn't there and would be in tomorrow.

6/23/10 Spoke to Jaime, explained my situation, how my boss is out $1600+, if I would have known it was going to take this long I would have had them pick up the "move" at the beginning of month, since it was just sitting in storage.  I said the least they could do was change the delivery address, in CT, since I would not be there but my boss would be back from her vacation.  She said "no problem", Yeah right.

6/28/10 Called to follow up on ETA.  Frank said not till next week  

7/07/10 this time called the West Palm Beach office and spoke to George.  He said it was put on the truck either last night or this morning and you will receive it on 7/12.

7/11/10 Got a call from the mover, he wanted to let me know that he would be there Monday/Tuesday and guess what, he had the wrong address.  Jaime "The office manager" is full of it.  She never changed the address. 

Not only that, he said, he had a couple of boxes from another move, that he didn't know if it was ours or theirs.

*The other thing I failed to mention, was that "Sue" was so sweet on the phone, that I actually booked another move that we were screwed on as well during the same time"

My complaint: is not only was the move 4 weeks late, the customer service is Atrocious.  No one knows what they are doing, or they know exactly what they are doing.  Once they have your stuff, they feed lies, just to get the $$, then they screw you from behind.
