They lack any capability to pack logically or professionally, and have no concept of customer service.  Plain and simple, they did a bad job of packing my house.  They packed boxes marked very fragile in the bottom of the truck and numerous boxes arrived crushed and dented.  They didn't use all of the blankets and pads to wrap furniture and lots of furniture and fridges rubbed against one another and scratched.  They packed wooden legs of a table all rolled up into one blanket without any padding or blankets separating the legs--arrived scratched.  They left items unpacked in the house and didn't mention it.  Additionally, they claimed they ran out of space in the truck and left items behind but when we unloaded the truck, there was lots of space left un-used.  Additionally, they charge by the hour and they took their sweet time packing the trucks--$1100 later (and we bought them lunch) and we have a moving truck packed no better than a couple of school kids could have done...
When I called to speak to the manager about these issues--they denied any responsibility and didn't even offer so much as an apology.  In fact, they actually scolded me for not purchasing their full mover service to protect myself from their shoddy packing

I actually created this account to warn you of their ineptitude.  Trust me, don't use them.  Hire movers who actually care and know what they are doing.
