ALL NIGHT AUTO ,LATE NIGHT AUTO Rip-off, Deceptive practices, Threat, Modification invoice, Police, Deceptive warranty Oklahoma Nationwide

I went to ALL NIGHT AUTO (or LATE NIGHT AUTO) after my car check engine light turned on. They told me that the engine had to be changed. They gave me an estimate for a REBUILT engine (as a brand new engine!) of about 4,000 dollars. I unfortunately authorized them to work on my car.

A few days later, they informed me that they gave me an engine with 50,000 miles on it. I informed ALL NIGHT AUTO that I wanted a rebuilt engine as written on the estimate or a discount. They refused to give me either the rebuilt engine or the discount and the conversation stopped at this point.

They called me to inform me that my car was ready. I went there to pay and to pick up my car. I tried the car, I paid and I signed the invoice with the comment Did not get a rebuilt engine as written on the estimate. The manager said Now I have your money, I have your car, and you will sign the invoice without any comment! As I did not want to sign the invoice without comment, I had to call the police in order to get my money back.

After these events and after getting the police reports, I went again to All Night Auto in order to pay (again) and sign without comment since I absolutely needed my car.

Today, I have an oil leak, a problem with my cooling system (leak), a problem with my electric system and one of the engine mounts is broken. According to All Night Auto, nothing is under warranty despite my 12,000 mile or 1 year warranty on repairs.

Obviously, I kept records of everything: estimate, invoice, police records, receipts
