I ordered (two) item number 4766, however, when I received the items they were not the ones I ordered. I contacted them and they wanted me to pay to ship them back. I explained that it was not my error and they should pay to have them shipped back. I have been asking to speak to a supervisor since 9-13-06, with the response that we have no supervisor available at this time. I was told to e-mail the shipping department, so I have e-mailed them three times now, with no response.

All OEM Parts is truly a rip-off

AUTHOR: Shelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, July 18, 2007

Just wanted to let you know I did receive a refund but it was because I had to dispute it with my credit card company. OEM Parts just gave me a run around for two months and you only have 60 day to file a dispute.

The best thing to do is to dispute the charges with your bank or credit card company as soon as possible. I would advise anyone to NEVER order from them period.

All OEM Parts = Autopartswarehouse

AUTHOR: Michael - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 24, 2006

All OEM Parts is the same company as or a division of Autopartswarehouse, which has a record of the same type of "customer service."

Beware that it appears there is no actual customer service department, and employees are trained to refuse any requests to speak with "supervisors" or will get another employeee to claim they are a supervisor with no action whatsoever being taken towards compaint resolution.

Still no refund

AUTHOR: Shelly - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 14, 2006

I finally received an e-mail from Kyle Singleton on September 20, 2006. His exact words in the e-mail were "I am going to issue you a credit for the wrong mud flaps with out you returning it. Just hold on to the flaps until you receive a credit and then you can dispose of them. Sorry for the mix up.

Well, like a fool I was waiting for my refund to post back to my credit card. So on 9-30-06 I called the company regarding the refund and I spoke to Red. Red said I had to return the mud flaps in order to receive my refund. I had explained to her that Kyle was going to issue my refund. She acted like she doesn't even know Kyle. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and Patrick got on the phone. Patrick said Kyle was his boss and that Kyle would issue my refund. I asked when I would receive the refund and he said I would need to e-mail Kyle.

I e-mailed Kyle on the same day and never received a response. I e-mailed him again on 10-10-06 and received a response from him or Eric Bailey saying that my order was returned to sender and something about re-ordering. Yeah, right! I would never order anything from this company again. I e-mailed Kyle back telling him I just want to know when I will receive my refund.

On 10-12-06 I receive an e-mail from him or Eric stating that FedEx gave them a tracking number and that my items had been delivered and they would need a return tracking number. That was not even my issue. I had received the wrong items and I had already received them back in September. My point is that I'm not paying to ship something back that I did not order.

I sent him another e-mail on 10-12-06. I said I don't know what they are trying to pull now, but I had thought this issue was resolved and I was just waiting for my refund and to look at Kyle's response from 10-20-06 regarding my refund. I also asked them to contact me by phone.

I received another e-mail response from Kyle or Eric giving me a return autorization number, which I had already received back in September after I called them telling them that they sent me the wrong mud flaps. So now I'm back at the beginning again and still no refund.

On Monday I'm going to contact my credit card company to see if they will be able to help me get my refund. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.
