All Over United Moving and Storage Total Thugs Pembroke Park, Hallandale Florida

Most of the complaints listed herein are similar in their tactics. 

I got a binding estimate. Once I paid a deposit it became difficult to get in touch with them. 

I begged for someone to come to my home to review my furnishings. They said not necessary and I sent photos of all the main pieces, indicated 40 boxes.

They came to my house with an Enterprice Rental Truck. When I asked why, they said their Tractor Trailer is in the shop. 

I allowed them to take my stuff. I had less than originally planned as I got rid of a desk, a club chair and only had 38 boxes, 5 which were large when they estimated 10 large. 

John the salesman said he gave me his cell # 262-563-3668 which turned out to be a Google Voice #rings to the main #.

Overall, I was price gouged for over $1000 for what they said was for more stuff than I said but I was very detailed. 

I was promised my furniture no later than 10-14 days. I was finally delivered on day 32. 

Around day 28, I located Charlie Ohana thru his wife Carolina who is a RE agent in Aventura. He was shocked that i found him at his home. I got my stuff and only a few things were broken. 

I wrote into the contract that I did not want a 3rd party shipper and what I got was exactly that! My stuff was finally delivered by RoadWay shippers, not All Over United OR Infinity which is another company they use. They also use 3 different addresses but it all leads to the same warehouse. I even called the Broward Sheriffs office who went to the warehouse. They said the building says D&D Contracting. Nothing about a moving company.

I only paid the $$$ because they had my stuff amounting to over $40K furnishings and belongings. What a rip-off. After I began to have trouble, I found this booklet by the federal govt= pass it on. Its called Your Rights and Responsibilities when you move. Furnished by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and this booklet is supposed to be provided to you if you are moving.
