I purchased an All Power 1200 Wat 2 cycle generator through Home Depot. From the day I purchased it which was 12/12/2012 it has been next to impossible to start. Since then it has stopped producing electricity and finally the start cord broke rendering it useless.
I tried to no avail to get service on the phone and finally contacted them by e-mail. I have since been transferred to AC Warranty Services that has done nothing more that give me the run around. I have received e-mails from a David Alba and also a Paul Bechtold. They both indicated that I would be receiving a full refund and free shippiung for the defective merchandise. They have done this by Incident reports whose number are: APA 3861 and RMA-APA-1125.
