My respect to All Seasons Travel and Resort. They have just done their job.

On the 15th of Nov. 2004, I had a pop up screen on my computer saying that I won for $2,100 travel to spending money. I did call and I was connected to Mary Dixon given a confirmation number and have explained what I won but I have to pay $898. Since the whole package was big and so I have accepted giving my credit card number.She have connected me to Jimmy Lopez who have charge the amount they ask me to pay. He said if you have question just call 770/3520442. After a while I have realized that I did a mistake.I call the number given but always busy. I'm really in panik after, I said how can you make such silly thing. I did call for my visa card to cancell my payment but they said they cannot make that because they need to have authority from this company. I told them I can't reach them at all. After 10 days I recieved the vouchers. No contact person, no signature so I said I can't accept things like this. I send the vouchers immediately by FEDEX and, they recieved the next day with my complete address and my reasons for cancelling.
1. On the documents send to us, there is no signature that would make the package officially valid.
2. There is no contact person indicated, and phone call are invariably neglected by an answering machine.
3. Your promise to contact me by email within 24 hours was not effectuated.
4. Timely bringing together all vouchers not seem to be possible from overseas without a reliable way to comunicate.
*And at the end I have them to refund my payments with a personal check.
I haven't recieved any answer not even email.I recieved from the bank that was charged $898. I said to myself, I loss already this money since they haven't given me any reponse at all. I try to forget although its hard to loss money just like that. 15.Dec.2004, I received from my visa card that I have exactly the amount they charged my in favor of my account from all Travel Seasons. I was really amazed and I respect them.

My only concerned:
There's no easy way to communicate with them.
The package is also not very easy to put together.
No plane ticket included.

I hope that they could make more easier for there client specially those who are abroad.
