All Season's Travel & Resort took my money and will not pay me back when I cannot take the holiday because of thier terms Georgia

All Season's travel telephoned me up last Feb 2005 and told me of their fantastic holiday that they can offer to me.

This phone call was very presurised and in the end I did infact decided that the holiday that they are offering was very good value so I decieded to pay for this holiday on my credit card.

In October 2005 I decieded to go on my holiday so I made a phone call to this company and I e.mailed them to tell them I intended to have my holiday break in July 2006 only to be told that I could not choose the timeing of my holiday I could only requested the dates and then and only then they can only allocate my holiday 30 days before I am due to go on the holiday, this was not pointed out to me, at the time of telephoning me because of work commitments I need a firm holiday date, when I told them so they said this is the only way they opperate.

I have asked for money back and they refuse!!!!!

This company owe me $977.24 I am totally out of pocket I just would like to have my money back.
