I am Writing this report to save people time from getting Employment at this Place, Due to the fact the work place is highly unsanitary, Employee Bathroom is very dirty and nasty, the whole facility has odors that are unbearable , cats are running around the warehouse chasing huge rats not mice, and undocumented workers are mostly hired here they hired me to work Friday September 09, 2016 and worked 3 days today is day 3 they sent me home after 3 hrs of work not because i was not doing my job which was assigned to me but because of a managers so called descision to send me home because there personal feelings of dislike towards me i did nothing to them but they doing it out of personal opinion. I w2as told there was no more work for me but there is always work here this shop operates 24 hours a day. I was Hired full time but was not able to complete my hours. I was told by older employee that this is what they do to people so they can walk out and hire someone else. due to experience i was hired at $12 hr after three days was toldmy wage will be going down to $10 hr to be fair to other employees why hire me at 12 hr 3 days ago and have it documented on paper. please save yourself a headache dont go to this place. I will be Contacting the Dept. of Labor and 311 and Dept of Healt on these issues and if i have time immigration. No one Should have to work under any of these abusive conditions.
