After speaking with a sales agent who touted this company's excellent service and communication, it all went downhill.  They took my credit card information and forgot my name!  Some major disasters:

1.  Gave me a pick-up window date but called 2 days before the start of the window and asked if we could be ready the next day ( a day early) for pick up.  Since I flew to the move location to pack up my mother for the move, I was exhausted but said OK since it would speed up delivery to Florida.  They never came, never called, and when I finally got more than an answering machine, I was told the never reached the dispatcher, so they didn't make it!  With the earlier pick up, I changed my plane reservations, AT CONSIDERABLE COST.

2. they were then 2 days late for pick up.  after many calls during the wait, I learned that my relo specialist has a family crisis and that's why I was not called....one would think they would have had another specialist return the call....even spoke to 3 others who could not give me information.

3.  Getting a delivery date was a joke.  They said that the dispatcher did not get back to them.  13 days later, I was still waiting.  It was not until I BRIBED the sales rep and "supervisor" with an offer of additional cash, did anyone respond to my request for a delivery date.  And, with that, they were still late and delivered in the morning of July 4th...a holiday!

4.  One box destroyed, a box delivered that was not ours and, in fact, had another persons name on it, and one of our boxes never delivered, the drop off was a mess!  Nice driver who was quite hard to communicate with!

I tried to contact the owner of this company....not easy to find by design!  his latest addresses and information were from years past....good move, I suspect!

i have a business and have NEVER. Interacted with a more unskilled or  uncaring individuals.  They made this move for me and my 95 year old mother a nightmare.  I hope others read this and take heed....get a U-Haul and move yourself....

and, by the way, while they have 120 days to pay my breakage/missing goods claim, I have no faith they will make good.
