 On 7/21/16 All surface came out to refinish my bathroom vanities. They did not tell me that the smell of the paint would prevent me from being in my home so I'm had to leave. I asked one of the workers for the promised estimate and he told me he would tell the owner to send me a copy to my email. After about 3 hours the refinishing was complete and the paint would need 2 days to dry. After the drying periods two workers came to wet sand and buff out the paint which is part of the service. There were so many defects in the paint that the worker was overwhelmed. He also said he did not have the time to correct all the dimples, runs and other defects. Because of all the defects, runs and dimples All Surface agreed to repaint my vanities. Two weeks later they returned and re-sprayed the vanities. After a few days they were supposed to return and wet sand and buff out the counters but they never returned. I called and emailed several times with no luck. It has been a month and they still have not returned to finish the work. I did get a call from the owner over a month after the work was started and I told him that they never finished the job. I also asked him why I never received the estimate before the work was even started. Because I could no longer go without running water in my sinks (removed the fawsets for the painting) I hired someone to complete the job that All Service refused to finish. Now All Servuce wants to be paid for services they never completed. I still do not have the estimate as promised or an invoice. All service never finished the job and they refuse to acknowledge this.
