All USA Moving Services, Inc. Salesman outright lied verbally and by email, stay away! Hallandale, Florida

I agreed to have All USA Moving Services, Inc move my vehicle from Lincoln Nebraska to Plymouth Minnesota for $375. After an extensive phone conversation with Elie and after I received an email with in regards to the same conversation I signed up to have them provide the service. Elie guaranteed (verbally and by email) that the vehicle would be shipped on 11/14 for $375, and if it was shipped on a later date they would cover the $20 a day storage fee from the auction company (Copart). The vehicle was never shipped on 11/14 and I never received a call that it wasn't shipped. I requested my money back and they said not a chance. They also said the guarantee the salesman (Elie) gave me verbally and by email doesn't mean anything. Customer service called me 11/15 and said they have someone that will ship the vehicle, but the cost will be $450 (instead of $375) and they will not pay any storage fee's. Poor company to do business with and extremely dishonest.
