All West Auto Wrecking Reliable Auto Parts Sold a bad engine with a guarantee but can't get money or engine Grapeview, Washington

I purchased an engine from All West Auto Wrecking on 12/31/2010 after several conversation with the manager and he assured me the engine was good. it was delivered to auto shop where they found that the engine was bad. I called All West immediately and i was immediately met with opposition. he immediately told me I was not getting a refund even though I was within mu guarantee time and proceeded to blame it in the mechanic. i finally got him and the mechanic on the line and they told him the problem and he kept requesting that they run a test on a bad engine and the mechanic told him it would do no good to do so and he did not believe that he performed the tests on the engine that he indicated. this guy lied to me from the beginning he first stated I would get a 60 day guarantee, the paperwork only stated 30, he said he ran a compression test, but if he did he would have seen the water in the cylinders just like the mechanic did, and I believe that the car was wrecked, which he assured me it was not and that a tree had fallen on an old lady's garage and that is how they got the car. this guy is a slime bucket. I have made several attempts to reach the owner and they will not allow me to speak with him. i was told to send him a certified letter to their office and he would get it, well i did and he still has not gotten it or he doesn't care. I am not going to go away, so I hope they are ready. I am a single mother and I cannot just give up $800. I paid that for the engine, plus I owe the repair shop $1300 and I still do not have car. I am going to do all in my power to get what I deserve from these people. They cannot just run around taking advantage of people and not paying for it.
